  The only problem we had was the condition of the bathroom. It was very clean but had some mechanical problems. The toilet was not completely attached to the floor. It rocked and made a lot of noise. The shower was worse. The faucet only allowed a shower. You could not take a bath. The rest of the room was great. Very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The person that checked us in was excellent and really friendly. She was great!

  Great location, nice room, reasonable price, excellent front desk service. Room looked like it had been updated recently.

  This place is dirty and run down. There was a big hole in the wall in our room that we noted at check in, my husband told the front desk agent and then we were charged for the damage days after we checked out. Now we continuously get hung up on every time we call to talk to the manager.

  Staff was wonderful and very helpful!! Looks new, bright, updated and clean. Comfy beds too. Loved the new curtain idea. Lots of places to eat nearby. Our new place to stay to/from beach!!

  First stay at this property and most likely the last. The staff was friendly, room was clean but I pull a trailer frequently and the parking lot is something that anyone towing should absolutely avoid! Carved into the side of a hill the entrance is very steep. Getting up to building 3 or the back of building 2 is like a Himalayan goat path. VERY steep and a challenge even when walking. As mentioned, the room was clean... the bathtub/ shower looked new and never used! The beds were rock hard but I prefer firm and slept well. Much of this area of Virginia is invaded by "stink bugs" in the Fall. There was even a sign at the front desk announcing their presence. Numerous in our room although we were told the property had been sprayed recently. I've stayed in several area properties and never seen them before. However, the parking lot is the deal breaker for me. A bit of damage outside our door. The north end of the buildings are adjacent to a truck stop where you may enjoy a hundred idling semis all night.
