  Thank you Sunshine Services and in particular, Eric. We were scheduled for routine AC inspection but knew we had a few issues. Eric was patient in listening to my concerns and eager to help determine the cause. After determining the ductwork was loose, he offered to repair while here. No need to schedule an additional appointment. What should have taken about an hour turned into an all morning project. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. What a joy it was to hear him singing outside instead of grumbling about the additional workload. I would/will recommend Sunshine Services and their amazing technicians to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly company for AC, electricity and plumbing.

  I called this company to take care of a plumbing issue at my house. Mr. William Alvarez was very professional and Knowledgeable of the problem he explained what had to be done, My toilet had to be rebuilt and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company if I have any other issues..

  I had an excellent experience with Sunshine Services here in Gainesville. Their team was professional, prompt, and very thorough. Jason was the plumber who came out, and he did a superb job, knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find service companies that combine great workmanship with such friendly and reliable customer care, but Sunshine truly delivered. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or home services.

  Will use them again! We had Sunshine Services install a new water heater at our business and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The installation was done perfectly, smoothly, and exactly at the cost originally quoted. Joey, who handled the job, was professional, polite, and respectful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find this level of reliability and customer service. We’ll definitely be using Sunshine for future work and highly recommend them to other businesses.

  Sunshine Plumbing provided superior customer service. It started with the phone call to their office. The staff who answered the phone was pleasant and genuinely interested in helping me. Because I am local, they offered to send a technician out to give a free estimate. They also texted me the name and picture of the technician who will be arriving to provide the estimate. Their price was fair and reasonable. The technician, Joey, was professional and conscientious about his work. He did an excellent job fixing the cold water valve to my clothes washer. He also cleaned up the area around where he was working after he was done. He put everything back in order. It was so nice to do business with a company and a technician you can trust. I will call them again for future plumbing needs!
