  Our new hot tub is awesome. We purchased the Grand Cayman L and love it. Jeremy was our sales representative here in Tucson and he was so great, he helped us figure out our dimensions for our yard placement and the whole project turned out great. Craig delivered the tub (with a crane) and the placement was exact and his install team was very professional and easy to work with.

  WD and his crew came to install our jacuzzi. They did an amazing job! They were on time and communicative about when they were coming and how far out they were. They brought the jacuzzi down to our backyard with ease and made sure it was exactly how we wanted it. WD was extremely informative, he brought a paper and wrote all our information for chemicals we needed and when we needed to put them in. Even left his number just if we had any questions or concerns he could help us. We ran through all the processes and made us feel very comfortable and ready to start using the jacuzzi as soon as we get electrical hooked up. We were so pleased with the entire experience and would recommend to anyone!

  We bought our Bellagio Spa from SunSet spas 2yrs ago and from the delivery to Servicing our Spa they've been lax in their response and know how!! We had a few techs come out to service the Control panel ( they had no idea what codes needed to be set so all the jets worked) I found then online and confirmed with a subcontractor who knows Spas his name is Jack he came out and got things going within 15 minutes, sad thing is Jack doesn't contract with them anymore and the Service rep Machelle doesn't either. I've called a few times , left messages and no response yet, It's been over a week now that the control panel isn't working and one of the girls in Service told me I'll get a call by Monday and they're will be a Service charge, I told her to look again she did and found out there's no Service charge. I can't begin to tell you the frustration I've had over this hot tub and there Customer Service is below par. It doesn't make sense that a hot tub control panel can't get wet 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've had it replaced 2x already and I'm still waiting for a call back to schedule Service 🤦🏻‍♀️
