  I recently used Sunset Movers to relocate from downtown Phoenix to Scottsdale, and Emanuel and his team were absolutely outstanding! They went above and beyond from start to finish—packaging everything securely, handling my belongings with care, and moving everything delicately without a single issue. Their professionalism and efficiency made the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, the customer service was excellent all throughout—Emanuel and his team were friendly, responsive, and truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Sunset Movers if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company!

  Needed 2 guys for 2-3 hours of help and what I received was a god awful experience with this company and who they choose to employ. One man was trying very hard to get all of my stuff loaded into my uhaul while his colleague who was a very overweight, slow, and older gentleman, very clearly did not want to be there. The older gentleman, who also had a bandaged arm, could only lift with one hand the entire time and made it very obvious he didn't want to bring furniture into the home nor up the stairs. Many boxes were dropped, loose items dragged, and my furniture was damaged upon move in. My walls have scuffs from where the furniture hit it and the job took 4 hours! It was never completed as the gentleman with one "good" arm could not get my remaining sofa up the stairs and I had to return my uhaul before being charged another day. I genuinely feel like the heavy set gentleman dragged out the move in order to get more time on the clock. He complained the entire time and was totally unprofessional is his work ethic by opening doors to rooms they didn't need to be in, looking around my house, complaining about his body hurting, and standing around. I specifically let these people know what the work load was and that there would be stairs at the next house but I still got a man that cannot lift, complains the whole time, and runs the clock for more money. The job remains undone as they did not put all of our boxes upstairs as I requested and there's still large pieces of furniture downstairs that need to come up and now I have to hire even more movers to get the job done correctly. This has been my experience with this company and I would advise caution in selecting them for your move.

  These movers were awesome! Super friendly, on time, and they handled all my stuff with care. They made the whole moving process way less stressful and worked really efficiently. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they were just easy to work with from start to finish. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a smooth move!
