- BSBill Snow1 day ago5.0John and Josh and Oedro showed up at the designated time and completed installation in 2 1/2 hours. They were very pleasant, personable and professional in their behavior. John took time to analyze our electrical environment and adapted it to the requirements of the awning. The awning is beautiful and works well. John took time to demonstrate the operation of the awning and train us in its use. He also provided us with written instructions on its care and maintenance. I highly recommend this installation team.

They installed my awning and addressed my electrical concerns with very good suggestions. The whole process from sales to follow up to install was top notch from everyone I interacted with at SunSaver. The salesperson Lacy was also great. She explained the intricacies of the different type of awnings and was very knowledgeable. Thank you to all of the SunSaver employees that I interacted with. Highly recommended.

The installer arrived earlier than schedule (great for me), worked efficiently and knew the product inside and out. He took the time to walk me through how to open, close, and maintain the awning properly. The installation was clean, sturdy, and looks great against my home. He also checked in with me before final placement to make sure the placement and angle/pitch were just right. The entire process was stress-free, and I’m already enjoying the extra shade on my beautiful patio. Definitely recommend both the product and the installer.

Clean job site after all was said and done. We had 40 feet of solar shades installed in four different sections and they knocked it out very quickly. I received thorough instructions, tips, tricks, and general maintenance guidance before they wrapped up. I would recommend SunSaver’s solar shades to anyone looking for a high quality product and install.

Unfortunately-my awning delivery was delayed & I didn’t get my awning installed until Labor Day weekend. The installation team (John & Pedro) were great. They were quick and efficient, moved my patio furniture out of their way & replaced perfectly, cleaned up well & gave me the 101 on awning care & feeding. The awning looks great and was worth the wait I do wish I had gotten it earlier as this has been a long, hot summer but I look forward to enjoying the shade!
