  Great experience! Their customer service was excellent and they always make sure you know what to do to be safe while using their paddle boards and kayaks. We had lots of fun 🤩 highly recommended

  My group booked a guided paddleboard/snorkel tour for a bachelorette and had a wonderful experience. Our guides, Sarah and Stosh, were encouraging and gave helpful advice. The water was choppy on the day we went out, but they were excellent navigators and helped us make the most of our excursion. Communication was great, there were no hidden fees, and reservations were straightforward. Would definitely book again!

  If I could give them a zero I would, my son came in from MI, and we wanted to enjoy some waterboarding together, the lady was helping someone else so we waited, then 3 girls came up and the guy just ignored us and got them in the water, as we were walking out I told the lady you just lost two customers, she started waving her hands at me telling me to just leave, when your dealing with a business that needs customers, you should treat your customers with respect and not ignore them or wave them off. Worst treatment and experience I ever had from a company that depends on customers. I took my money to a small business that appreciates us for coming too their business, I say stay away from this place rude staff.
