  We are very pleased with our new porch. It exceeded our expectations for build quality and looks. John and crew are very skilled and easy to work with. John was very flexible with my preferences and ideas and eager to please. highly recommended !

  Sunrise Builders did a wonderful job with our house project! We got new siding on our house and garage as well as a new exterior door. John was so conscientious and detail oriented with his work. Anymore we often feel discouraged after hiring someone to do work on our house, but with Sunrise Builders, we had absolutely no complaints or concerns! John was excellent at communicating, was very prompt, and was very skilled and detail oriented. He clearly has a strong work ethic and good character. We would recommend Sunrise Builders in a heartbeat!

  John's planning and building of our enclosed porch with windows was a fantastic experience from start to finish! His timeliness was impeccable, and his accuracy in the planning and execution was spot on.   I needed help with vinyl siding after my ladder fell and broke a piece off the corner. Someone came out and looked at it a couple days later and had it fixed less than a week later. I will definitely call them again if I need help with siding in the future.

  I plan to sell my house and needed to have my deck railing and steps replaced. My timing was not good - between the derecho recovery still ongoing and the current labor shortages, I wasn't sure I'd find anyone to do this job. I had at least two workmen look at it and then ghost me before a friend referred me to John. He was nothing short of amazing. He came out, agreed to do the work, and then he actually did it. His workmanship was great and I'm so very pleased with the results. I tried to stay out of his way, but one day I looked out the window just to see how things were coming. I was so happy I started chuckling to myself. I had to go out and tell him how much I liked what he was doing. I also can't say enough about how flexible John was and how well he communicated with me. If he couldn't make it out on a day he planned to come, he always let me know. If he was even going to be a little late, he let me know that, too. When I say he was flexible, I mean that I kept throwing more tasks at him than what I originally asked him to do, and he just did them all. He was always upbeat and smiling, even when I kept asking for more. So yes, I highly, highly recommend Sunrise Builders. John will absolutely be the first person I call if I need anything done in the future.
