I have had a pool before but have never dealt with a hot tub. I feel extremely intimidated going into a new place alone and feeling as what to do or what to say. But let me just say, Chris was working with me and he was very helpful and knowledgeable on hot tubs. He helped me understand things that I needed to do and what not to do as well. He gave me a better understanding on what I was dealing with and helped me find the chemicals that I needed. You can tell that Chris truly cares about their customers and their best interest. I will continue coming back to this location and dealing with Chris. Thank you for all the help!

My pool contractor referred me to Sunny’s and I could not be more satisfied with the service I’ve received. A year later I am confident in maintaining my pool. I get my water tested about every 2-3 weeks and the staff always takes the time to review my water test results with me, help me find the products I need and explain how they work. I took some pictures of my pool equipment to Sunny’s and Chris knew exactly what I had and was able to explain how the equipment worked and showed me what I needed. When I had trouble with my equipment Andrew came out and was able to identify the problem and got it resolved quickly. They consistently go above and beyond and have made owning a pool easier than I could have imagined!
