- PDPatty DunnAug 21, 20251.0I've live here 4 years every yr the lot rent raises. I received a letter stating she will take me to court because my mailbox pole isn't painted. And states I need a new mailbox. There is nothing wrong with my mail box. These people in the office are so rude and disrespectful. This place is full of mosquitoes. And she won't do nothing about it. So many good people have moved in the last 2 months because of the threats she sends out. Tup she drives the park. And any little thing ahe can find. She sends you a letter. If you dont get it done. She will have her employess do it. And charge you a crazy price. Or threaten to take you to court. Beware!

Grasping at straws in a community that doesn't want a trailer park. The trailer park was there before the police station. It's kinda ironic how the police station and trailer park have the exact same turn in .. whether it's left or right 🤔

I’ve heard nothing but complaints about management but when we moved here she was incredibly sweet to us, we had a lot of remodeling we had to do so we have slacked on our yard and house but we’ve tried to keep in contact and for that she’s been very patient and kind to us! It’s weird to me that people don’t WANT their yards and houses to look amazing to begin with but to not keep up on it knowing it’s part of the lease agreement is not management’s fault it’s due to laziness!
