What was very strange is that my shower handle was working perfectly fine before they came (they were here to fix the water pressure). After they left—and after uninstalling and reinstalling the handle—it started making a strange clicking sound when rotated. When I called to ask about it, they said a switch was broken and that it had been that way before, which seems odd since they didn’t mention anything during the visit. I paid $800 to fix the water pressure, which is a premium price, and it feels unfair to be left with a new issue that wasn’t there before.
