I went inside and asked what the cheapest thing in the store was so I could redeem my Penn Cash points for shopping at the retail location. The person named Josh automatically said, "Our card machine doesn't work like that." What? What does that have to do with my question? Josh was so rude. He responded and said, "How am I supposed to know?" Josh didn't want to help me and gave me a hard time. I had a bad experience and received bad customer service. He didn't want to help and gave me a hard time instead.
