In my experience, working with this office was one of the most frustrating and disappointing professional situations I’ve ever dealt with. I personally believe I earned commissions that were never paid, despite repeatedly trying to resolve the issue. The owners, Dean Wiltse and Remington Curtis, never gave me what I considered a valid explanation.
To me, it felt like they profited from my work while leaving me uncompensated. That left me feeling misled, disrespected, and taken advantage of. In my opinion, their conduct came across as greedy, harmful, and highly unprofessional.
I also had concerns about whether they hold the professional credentials one would expect in this industry (IBBA membership, real estate brokerage license, or securities license). I could not find any evidence of these, which added to my doubts.
Based on my personal experience, I would never trust this office again, either as an employee or as a client.

They truly cared about my business and represented it extremely professionally. I am over satisfied with the manner and amount of integrity held as they sold my business. I HIGHLY recommend them.
