Today November 1 I received a call from Sun Loan and I missed call but I called back. I spoke with Lakisha. As I have worked with her for approximately a year, maybe more she has been one of the best customer service representatives I have ever worked with she thinks about customers well-being, and I consider that being over the top as a representative. Lakisha has the skills that all representatives should have She is extremely very knowledgeable and I would say she is ready for a higher position. The reason I say that is because she is exceptional And I would recommend her to anyone who wants an exceptional knowledgeable worker thank you And I hope she gets some type of recognition because as I said, she’s over the top.
