Thanks for being there when I need help. I also wanted to say that this new law that the governor put in action really stinks. People like me cannot get loans from a bank or credit union , I have to rely on installment loans to help us. Please Illinois General Assembly do something to make sure that we have access to loans that we can afford.. Concerned citizen.
