If I could, I would not give not even a one star. Couple of months ago I went to sun loans and the manager Jennifer at that time stated she could not give me a loan because i did not have my bank statements proving my money is being deposited in my checking account. I had a letter of award and that was fine with her at the time . She said she still needed two bank statements from me. Recently I went there again with two of my bank statements and with all my information I needed to give to them. The same person Jennifer the manager got another excuse. I gave her my award letter with my bank statements. Now she stated she can't help me because she had a problem. I mentioned to her. Before, she didn't have a problem with my award letter and I've brought my bank statements. Her reply was. " Things are different now" My gut feeling speaks out BIAS!!! Jennifer had all kinds of excuses for her discrimination bias attitude. My valuable precious time was wasted when I needed the money for a crucial medical need and it was not for me.
