  We stopped to get some information and possibly look at an apartment. I've felt so uncomfortable. It was apparent that the female leasing agent was frustrated that we stopped to ask about the property. The few questions we asked she gave us a piece of paper walked away and told us that all our questions could be answered on the paper. We never asked to see an apartment and she never offered. It was apparent that she didn't want to help us and we left. Disappointed and frustrated!

  I have been at SunChase for 3 years and I have loved every second of it! The location is in a perfect spot where I’m only 25 mins from our beaches and 5 mins from our local Walmart! Also Dolly and Nancy have always been super accommodating and wonderful my whole time here. I love calling this place home

  Sun Chase is a great place to live. I moved here last summer and I've never regretted it. The maintenance department is excellent and they complete work orders quickly and efficiently. The ladies in the rental office are very friendly and listen and respect the concerns of the residents who live here.

  I plan to leave a more detailed review of why no person should ever live here. The property manager is a deeply corrupt woman who fabricates lies against tenants. The company she works for policy is the employees can make complaints against tenants with no evidence at all. If you try to defend yourself the entire staff makes your every day a living hell. Parking in front of your door when you are moving aftet waiting five days for another persons move to be over so you have to lug your things down the block. Eric, the grounds keeper screams and attacks birds and then fabricates lies against the tenant. Ana Diaz the boss of them all pretends to care and then also lies. This is a brief summary but I plan to update this review with itemized explanations. There is no peace of mind at this property. There is only one kind employee, Angel. Everyone else there wants to hurt and spite the tenants at the request of the property manager. They also violate the lease agreement entirely and refuse any consideration. I tried to explain to these people that I am a victim of extreme assault and an American with a disability and neither Dolly or Ana the managers even bothered to say I’m sorry. Instead they took advantage. Also, they do not acknowledge any request. I informed them I will be living some where because I do not feel safe here and they will not terminate my and my roommates lease. The property manager called my roommate and cousin to try and have me removed from the lease and make my cousin responsible for a property she only rented half of to try and evict her. I mean I NEVER

  This place is disaster. Sun chase is a place for single evil old women who like to gossip about you and themselves with the front office and terrorize new people. In apt.6046 the old, jealous alcoholic woman is the inciter for everything evil for this you stay away from. Nicky from office is very rude and she will try you punish for all. If you have any problems don't ask the office for help just call the police.
