    I recently had the first of two hip replacement surgeries. Absolutely did not want to have a physical therapist come to my home and tell me what to do. Felt it was an absolute waste of my time. Then came Joe, my PT. Absolutely amazing and personable. He got me to do what I would not have done without his help. He helped me get past my fears of getting up and trying to walk again. He did not make light of how I felt. He truly cared. He understood and made me want to try. I am so grateful to him and hope to have him for my second surgery. You cannot go wrong with this company. It is so worth it! I wouldn't be where I am without them. Thank you so much! Thank you for Joe!

    The nurses (Megan, Caleb, Melissa) and the Aid (Riley) were amazing with my father. They treated him so kindly! They were also amazing with my Mom during the difficult time.

    Do not use summit!Their billing department is horrible, extremely rude.lazy and don't know how to do their jobs.I have 2 different insurances and they both cover everything 100 percent.I gave them the information and their billing office billed it wrong and then tries to collect from me.Then instead of doing their jobs to find out how they screwed up.had to research it ourselves cause they are rude and it's not their job to do their job!!! Then to find out they billed it wrong and that's why it wasn't paid. Theur billing department said it's not their job to fix their errors and was very very rude! If you want to pay for service that should be paid by your insurance because they don't know what they're doingand it's not their job to fix their billing errors then this is the place for you!I wouldn't refer this company to my worse enemy!! I give them zero Stars!!! My biggest problem is why did we have to do your job for you!I turned the insurance into the person that day but you didn't use it. You used a previous insurance that was no longer active. We found out it was your company error in billing and we had to correct it cause it's not your job to fix your own mistakes!!!! If we wouldn't of did your job for you. You would of billed me because of your mistake that you refused to fix cause it not your job even though it is! They only fixed it cause they had to by law or they wouldn't get paid after we did their job for them. If we didn't know how to they would have billed me instead of the insurance!!!! don't use them!!!!!!! BTW they had billing information after it changed and billed other claims correctly and was just using that for excuse. We found out by searching other claims,so they had the information. They just billed it wrong!!!!
