- TTTylerAug 18, 20251.0Literally the definition of not worth it. The price does not match the quality. The layout makes it impossible to move in and out of, as well as not feeling like you are getting to use all your space. Along with endless emails from the front office regarding what we could and could not have on our balcony, even just beach towels drying for the day. Front office staff is not flexible or helpful with any issues really. My advice is live somewhere else, this place is not it.
- AHAlana HagueAug 10, 20255.0While I am a new tenant and unable to review experiences relating to maintenance or neighbors, I’d like to share how AMAZING my move-in experience has been. While working to submit my application and payment I ran into a couple issues relating to the online system. I’d say that’s my only concern, but that’s mostly accounting for the frustration those in the office who have to deal with resolving those issues must feel. That being said, technology obstacles happen all the time; a bit of patience and kindness goes a long way. Despite this, I’d like to especially shout out Julianne and Jenna who worked with me extensively to make sure I had all of my needs met. They were so helpful and warm, and truly made me feel excited to move into the community. The apartment is updated, clean, and safe. I highly recommend the complex to those in college interested in being close to campus, but like some distance from the noise and foot traffic near KL. Thank you!

- AGAlexander GJun 5, 20251.0In 15 years of renting, this is the worst experience I've ever had. Mihako (she works in the front office) made several baseless threats regarding marijuana smoke (my wife has COPD so neither of us smoke.) They treat you like you're a child. It's a weird vibe for sure.
