  We got takeout from Sumatra for breakfast and we’re so happy with the choices and quality! We got the fig and prosciutto sandwich, as well as a breakfast sandwich, and the ube matcha latte with oat milk. The fig sandwich was super crispy, and though the fig is pretty sweet, the prosciutto and arugula balance it out well. The ube matcha latte was not a bright green, and the ube flavor overpowered the matcha. Though, it was sweetened well, but not the best place for a matcha craving. I’d love to try their other sandwiches and brunch options!

  If you’re looking for delicious coffee, you definitely have to try Sumatra Cafe! I recently moved to the neighborhood, and it has quickly become one of my favorite coffee spots. The staff are always so welcoming and kind, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Best of all the coffee is absolutely amazing! I’m obsessed with their lavender latte with oat milk, but I’ve also tried both their hot and cold brew, and everything has been fantastic. Highly recommend!

  This was my first time having any food here and it was incredible! The chicken Caesar salad is one of the best I ever had. A bit on the pricier side BUT they load it up. You can tell the ingredients are super fresh and the chicken is super seasoned. Totally worth it, 10/10.
