  This storage is amazing! From my first call to ask questions, to the moment I walked in to set up my storage, Holly has been the best! She is attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The pricing here is great and the amenities of this facility are top tier. I’ve had quite a few storage units and this place is the best bar none. The customer service is the absolute best and the units are immaculate.

  Thank you to Holly and Lacey for your assistance Saturday at the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®! In Gwinnett County. It is so special to see local businesses' helping great causes. I will see you within the next weeks to get my own storage room to hold my equipment. What will be my access hours? Do you have cards?   My husband and I purchased a Unit at The Sugar Hill Self Storage. Holy went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. I’ve never seen a storage building where you could pretty much live and eat out of your unit. We had an mis communication and Holly did not.hesitate to resolve the issue. We will be there for at least 9 months. I feel we have a friendship and relationship bewing. Ask to see Holly when you go in She’s genuinely the be greatest.

  Went in Saturday to get a small storage unit. Came in contact with manager Holly Wilkins. She was very kind, showed us the property- it was very clean. She was polite. Great hours. Brand new facility. Holly is the reason we decided to rent here. Lacey was nice too
