My only down side is the carpet or room deodorizers they use is highly toxic - i got sick when i was there recently for title transfer, even doubled masked with charcoal mask - got migraine and nauseated - I have chemical sensitivity and will never go there again in person

Wasn’t even walked back to the room, had the girl waiting on me yell from clear down the hallway to come back, never introduced herself. Was told I needed to bring the vehicle to verify the vin number but they never even went out to looked at the car! Not one smile, please or thank you. The place was filthy and it smelled like dog piss. Will never go back there!
