  Everything is absolutely gorgeous and brand new clothes! Most of things we found had tags. Asia is very sweet and helpful

  If I could give 0 stars I would , when dropping off my bag of clothes they made it clear that they had lots of inventory and were being picky about what they wanted to buy. Like any other retailer I understood but this was just a waste of time , told me it would take 30-35 minutes since there was a buy before me they had to look through which was fine. Not even 5 minutes went past and I already gotten a text saying it was complete and ready for pick up , I thought maybe they mistakened my stuff for someone else’s and went in and the lady at the desk shrugged her shoulders after having trouble finding my belonging and said she thinks they went through it and they didn’t want to buy anything. I’m well aware that it does not take less then 5 minutes to go through a big trash bag of clothes and the funniest thing about it there was very expensive items in that bag so I know they DID NOT look through it. First time coming here and will never come back again , the reviews speak for themselves.
