Was transferred to a lawyer, Richard, if I remember correctly. He asked why I was calling, and quickly answered any question I had. As I told him, I was not calling looking to get free advice, but greatly appreciate him being forthright on my small issue. These are the type of people with whom you should do business. He reviewed all the issues we had encountered in a real estate transaction gone wrong, explained everything in a way we could understand, clearly addressed all of our questions and concerns and provided us with well thought out options for how we could proceed. He is also just an all around nice guy. We would not consider using any other attorney for real estate issues.
