Their service was always excellent and from whoever I talked to on the telephone to the technicians, everyone was always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. So this past spring, when we decided to replace our that system, as well as our hot water heater, we went with the company again. And just as with all of our other experiences, that process was great from start to finish. First, the price for the installation was extremely reasonable. Second, the scheduling of the installation was prompt. And finally, the crew who installed our system were not only professional, but actually a group of good guys who seemed to really not only like their jobs, but also really cared about the end product. I was also impressed that the work was accomplished in one day and that the crew took such great care of cleaning up, that after they left, there was really no sign that a project of that scale took place. That being said I give Strongsville Heating and Air Conditioning my highest recommendation.

It is in North Ridgeville, and we were happy to learn that they also cover that area also. We had them come out to perform a system maintenance at our new home, to make sure everything was running well, and to get a baseline. Gary stopped out and performed a system service and evaluation, and we started a service contract for the new location. Gary was very friendly and professional, and gave us a full overview of the work he performed, and the status of the equipment. We are very happy to continue working with them!
