StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Addison offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Cole and KT, my Flexologists, are super friendly and know exactly how to tackle my tight hip flexors and shoulders without making me feel like I’m being tortured (well, maybe just a little—but in a good way!). They keep the vibe light, crack jokes, and somehow make deep stretches feel like a spa day with a side of sweat. I always leave feeling like I’ve gained a few inches of mobility and a whole lot of relief. If you’re tight, tense, or just tired of walking like a robot, this place is your fix!

They make personal efforts to help you fulfill your goals or will help you find new goals to strive for. I particularly have some athletic injuries from my past that Brian has continually helped me strengthen and mobilize and I see and feel a difference in my every day life. KT has also been helpful in the conditioning aspect while I’ve worked with him at the Lab and it’s been very beneficial to my overall health. I was hesitant and overwhelmed with how immobile I had gotten being at a desk job at first to join with StretchLab Addison but I’m glad I made the right decision and hope you will too!

I've been struggling with back pain from working all day and workouts my sessions with KT,JT, Carla, Jo,Shanna, Jeremie, Alexus and Kya have made a huge difference. They really take the time to understand where my problem areas are and tailor the stretches to my specific needs. I've noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility and a major reduction in the constant tightness in my back. The one-on-one attention is a game-changer—it's so much more effective than stretching on my own. The studio is clean and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
