StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Oakville South offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

From the moment I walked in, Victoria, the manager, set the tone for an amazing experience. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional — but more than that, she made the entire process feel effortless. You can tell she genuinely cares about every person who walks through the door. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and looked after. Her energy, organization, and personal touch really elevated the whole experience. Honestly, it’s rare to come across someone who combines that level of customer service with such a genuine, caring attitude. Victoria is a huge asset to the StretchLab team. I also had a great session with Brian, who did a fantastic job guiding the stretch and tailoring it to what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend StretchLab Oakville, especially if you’re looking for a place with a strong team and amazing customer service. Big thanks again to Victoria and Brian!

I highly recommend.
