StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Stone Oak offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

After only twice a week for the last month, the results have not been only positive but have been nothing less then impressive 👏 👍🏼 😀 The pain has been tamed to almost disappeared, I feel less heavy and move with an agility that until few weeks ago was only a memory. I feel motivated to do more physically and my reservations about using my body are now in check. Great system. Great and professional personnel. Keep it up!!!

Stretch Lab made a huge difference. No longer have Plantar Fasciitis. Have also regained range of motion in my shoulders, hips, and knees. I feel more balanced and capable now than when I was in my 40s. Big Shout out to my flexiologist Nicole! Suzanne also helped a lot, but she is my hubby’s flexiologist.
