StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Plainville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased as a monthly membership.

- SBstephen boatwrightDec 28, 20231.0I signed up for the $59 intro stretch. I had a great experience with Sheena, very good at her job and I felt great. Next comes the customer service! The manager Mike came over immediately after the stretch was over . It was like a car dealership. He had one thing in mind , to sell me a monthly package. I chose the 4 x 25 min stretch package at $209 a month. When we got to the desk I asked about automatic billing and was told every month would be automatically billed AND it was a minimum of three months subscription PLUS a 30 day cancellation . They almost got me ! . Great stretch but deceptive business practices. Everyone is saying exactly the same as I am here. It’s a real shame about the car dealership type sales, because the stretch was fantastic. This is a thriving market and there are stretch studios opening up everywhere. I’ll find somewhere that lets me get stretched on my terms. AVOID stretch labs!
