StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Aspen Woods offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    Thank you Erin for introducing me to the Normatec leg sleeves. My legs have been numb after a surgery a few weeks ago and this treatment has made them feel way better bringing the bloodflow back! Thanks for the great experience!

    What a unique experience stretch lab is! Sasha was my flexologist and was able to help alleviate my muscle tightness from marathon training and was very informative and professional in all aspects of the experience!

    Darby and the Stretchlab team have been taking care of me for the past six months, and the results have been excellent. They take the time to understand the areas of my body that need stretching and even address an issue with my sore, tight neck muscles. Darby and her colleagues keep careful notes between sessions to track progress and monitor my problem areas. Based on our sessions and my current situation, they provide me with simple stretches to do at home, which have been fantastic in helping build flexibility when I'm not at the studio. The results have been significant. My hips and hamstrings have opened up. My shoulders are improving. And my neck tightness has decreased. (And when it tightens up, Darby gave me some simple stretches at my desk that work wonders!) Don't be thrown off by the three-month commitment to start. The weekly sessions are a great way to kick-start things. Once that period was done, I moved to a monthly plan that worked for me. Oh! One more thing! Come to your appointments early and try the Normatec leg compression / massager for 15 minutes. It's free and a great way to relax before your session.

    My son loves this place! He feels taller and more relaxed. It’s so nice to get a good stretch after sports.
