This location isn't open yet and isn't opening until October to my understanding, but they are doing free 15-min demo stretches right now.
I booked an appointment online and I was assigned to a gentleman named Imar (apologies if I have the spelling wrong, Imar!). He was super professional, knowledgeable, very calm and easy-going, and friendly. I felt very much at ease with him. We stuck to my trouble areas and he was mindful of any pain I had and always worked within the limits of what was comfortable for me. He told me the staff all have backgrounds in kinesiology and he himself was an an athletic therapist. He gave me a little bit more than the 15 min freebie and it was awesome.
I wish I could afford to go every week. I felt so GOOD after even this relatively short stretch.
The general manager, Myles, was very friendly as well. I did not feel intimidated or pressured into a sale.
Unfortunately, the one star I had to remove is for affordability. They don't have their prices posted and ostensibly they are giving an early-sign up discount. Even with this discount, it's prohibitively expensive. For an individual session it costs about 50% more than my physiotherapist for an equivalent length of time, and it's even worse compared to a massage therapist. For something I can see working really well in tandem with physio and massage, it's really just too much (for me). Now, this location is situated, like the other location, in a higher-income area, so this might not be a problem for the clientele they are aiming to attract.
