My house looked fantastic after my appointment! I would highly recommend Stratton Cleaning Services if you are looking for regularly scheduled cleaning service.

Giant catholic group that doesn’t care about how their workers clean the houses , I have seen employees purposely ignore mopping , dusting, and overall not caring about the home.

I used this service for about a year. The cleaning was almost always great- there was a small window of time when things weren’t done well. It seemed like more of an issue with a couple specific cleaners and was not what I usually came to expect. When I mentioned the concern it didn’t happen again. There were also a few times when the cleaners damaged some minor things. I wouldn’t say that the type of damage necessarily required action but it was pretty irritating that they didn’t let me know it happened. I have a couple clearly displayed cameras in the main area of my house so I could see what happened and that they saw it too. Communication with the owner was good and responses were always quick. The main criticism of this service is that the owner engaged in religious discrimination and ended the contract we had together solely based on religious reasons. I have a TST flag on the front of my house- it had literally been there the entire duration of the service. A different pair of cleaners came to my home on the last day of service I had and the next day the owner reached out about the flag. I explained that I am a member of TST and that TST is a federally identified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt church. Ultimately, the owner opted to discontinue the contract because of that and explained to me that they are a “Christian family business.” I was having surgery on the day he discontinued the contract so I could not be available for a phone call. However, he did provide this information in a voice message, so I do have that saved. On one hand I’m glad that I do not have people in my own home who are making judgements about me. I would never expect someone to support TST or take the care to know what it is; but I had expected some respect in my home. Apparently made the mistake in believing that I was hiring a professional cleaning service, but I guess it’s more of a religious work group. I suppose that’s their choice to run their business that way.
