We had awesome previous service from Straight Line for our heater last year. Due to the professional, respectful and value-for-the-dollar service received, we decided to call them again for a quote when our 28-year-old system stopped cooling during the recent heat wave in North San Luis Obispo county.They answer the phone when called and were prompt to help us get a new system installed. We received a top-of-the-line Trane system for thousands less than the other bids. We are comfortable again! Thanks Straight Line for coming through when we needed you!
