Due to recent spate of power outages in my area, the power surges took out my HVAC unit. I recently had Strada HVAC service tech come over to diagnose the issue. The tech came within the promised time frame and was courteous. After some testing, the tech determined that it was a failed blower motor. He was very knowledgeable, explained the issue clearly, and walked me through the options without trying to push unnecessary repairs. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. The diagnostic fee they charge is reasonable. It gave me confidence that the work will be done right. Everything is running smoothly now, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Strada again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Tim, Al and Rubin today. As soon as they arrived and all the way till the end they showed professionalism, kindness, respect and gave me a lot of teaching lessons about the new AC unit they were installing for me. All 3 of them worked very very well as a team and they all had great light hearted moments that kept the great energy going from start to finish. I would highly recommend these 3 for any repairs or replacements and you will definitely learn something by the time they finish! 💯

DO NOT USE STRADA!
We have had multiple appointments made, and no one shows up. Customer Service is ZERO help after you’ve been on hold for 45 minutes, only to be put on hold another 25 to “see what we can do”, another appointment set, another No Show. Sales Team and Pricing were adequate. But better hope you have no problems. You will be wasting days waiting for people to show up. Unbelievable.
I had an outstanding experience with Strada Services! Mark U was our salesman and he was incredible. He was extremely responsive, always quick to answer questions, and made sure I felt confident at every step of the process. He took the time to understand the unique needs of my home and designed a system that was the perfect fit for us. It also really impressed me that he even came out on installation day to ensure everything was communicated correctly and went smoothly—something you don’t see very often.
The installation team, Jose L. and Yovanis M., were absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never worked with a team as professional, skilled, and detail-oriented as these two. They treated my home with respect, kept everything neat and organized throughout the process, and explained what they were doing along the way. Their craftsmanship was flawless—every component was perfectly aligned, the wiring was clean, and the system was up and running without a hitch. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product.
This was hands down the best installation experience I’ve ever had. Jose and Yovanis set a new standard for what top-quality service looks like, and Mark’s responsiveness tied the entire experience together from start to finish.
I can’t recommend Strada Services enough. From sales to installation, this was a five-star experience all the way through.

AL CHIARELLI was dispatched as our service guy today. He’s been here before for an issue with our outside lights. He found all these issues with how they were connected incorrectly in the prior visit. Long story short, after us having to give him a huge tip and a good review on line he fixed the lights. Well today was no different. He came in with everything that was wrong, with the breaker box and I told him you were here before and we had to give you a big tip and do a review, which I did both but not today. The look of surprise on his face when I told him that as I motioned for him to leave. I refuse to do anymore business with them. Duke Energy please look into another company or Strada Electric look into AL CHIARELLI. I’m sure I’m not the only person that has had this problem with him. Strada Electric has had several other repairmen come out here and it’s never been an issue. I express this to AL that and his reply was “maybe it was some of the younger guys who didn’t know the job, but I’ve been doing this for 14 years, he goes on to give me his position in the Tampa office.” Lastly, when he came to a visit prior to this one, he’s the one who informed me that my breaker box would need upgrading at some point and I should look into the premium inside wire maintenance plan because it would cover most if not all of the upgraded breaker box. So, I made sure I did as he instructed. Now there are code problems, and they are the only company that's done any work on my breaker box. No AL not this time no big tips and good reviews!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
