  Took my dog there at 8am and didnt hear from them till 4pm and was charged $79.29 to have him clipped and he couldnt get enough water when he got home, i will be looking for a new groomer.

  Called to asked about my Bernese Mountain Dog.. looking for a good bath, brush, and nail clip. When I told them the breed of dog, they asked if I wanted her "shaved down". Red flag right there, as you never shave a Berner. Then, when I explained I just wanted a bath and nail trim, the phone was handed to a second person that asked if she was matted. I explained shes only a year old, her hair isn't long. It's been about 6 mos since shes been to a professional groomer. I usually bathe her myself but I'm not comfortable doing her nails. She then launches into some speech about, "that dogs probably matted, im not going to waste my time combing out a matted dog, and...", just extremely rude. I cut her off at this point and said she clearly had no idea what she was talking about. Hung up the phone. I'd never take my dog to a groomer that has no knowledge of different dog breed and/or that treats potential clients like this.

  Gail is wonderful. Puppies always come out looking beautiful and smelling good. I can day spa day and they go straight out the door.

  Literally the worst place I've taken my dog. At first I gave the place a chance, it was cheap and was very close. The first 2 times I kenneled my husky, she was alright but she smelled very strongly of pee and always came home VERY thirsty. Today I kenneled her as I was away. I picked her up at around 7:50, the man watching her let me go in and told me the price was now UPed, it was once 20 dollars to now 30. When I got her in the car her entire face was wet with urine and she felt very dirty. What's worse is because she's a husky the urine soaks into her fur and she instantly needs a bath when she gets home. I know it's the cheapest but it's really not the best.
