  I used Storm Shutters and Shades for 5 panels around my lanai. The ordering and permit process went well. The project started when they committed. The installation crew was very professional. I had a few issues closing out the county permits and had to track the certificate of completion. Overall I would use this company again.

  We had an accordion hurricane shutter, which meant that even if we took the key out of the lock, the shutter would remain locked. They explained to us that we needed to shake or jiggle the shutter to maintain the lock in the appropriate position and be able to remove the key. In the end, he had to file down the aperture of the safety to ensure that we could lock it and remove the key without difficulty. We are grateful for the assistance you provided. They exhibited a high level of professionalism and effectiveness.

  great products and service for our storm screens for our lanai. in a busy world when everything is like pulling teeth to just get a quote or a job completed, they come through. glad we chose you for our project.

  We ordered their hurricane screens in November 2021 and gave them $7400 deposit after confirming they could install by March-April 2022. Salesman said it should be no problem. We called them in January to check on our order status and they said it's in the works. We called again in February and they seemed to stall us and said it should be fine for installation soon. We then called again in March and they said they would have the screens by April 8 and will contact us for installation. We called on April 11 and then all of a sudden they said the product was not done yet. We felt like they had taken our money and were lying so we called the manufacturer of the product who confirmed that they never submitted the order until Feb 2022 and that the product is not available and they have no idea when it would be due to product shortages. He also confirmed that if the order had been submitted when we gave the deposit that we would have had the shades. We asked to cancel the order and the manufacturer sent the contractor back the deposit. We called the county and they also confirmed no permits were ordered until Feb 2022. We contacted the contractor who lied and said that we can't cancel the contract because the product is almost complete. We said we already found out otherwise and we expect our deposit back since no product can be installed within the time frame we agreed to. They hung up on us and we had to call back and demand our deposit back. They finally sent back the deposit 3 weeks later and kept $1500 for their commissions?!! They dropped the ball and lied and stalled us and they kept commissions? For what!!!? No product is even available!! Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and rude!! We did nothing wrong, they did!!! They also do business as Creative Cottages Inc in Naples FL.

  Excellent service! Very professional! They installed patio hurricane shades that looks good, is easy to operate via phone app and will protect the patio furniture from hurricane winds.
