    BUGS & MICE!! We moved down in Dec. 2021 and stored our whole life in a controlled unit here while our house was being finished. Fast forward April 2022, move day - most exciting day. Our moving company discovered our unit was INFESTED with bugs. They thought bed bugs, but turned out to be carpet bettles. The staff was so rude and had the NOT OUR PROBLEM attitude from the jump. Long story short the owner basically told us it's not his problem, we could have brought the bugs in ourselves, and that's why they offer insurance. They would not answer any of my questions regarding the insurance policy they sell. He then offered a moving company to move us and he would "see what he could do to help us out". While his friend did move us the following day, my husband videoed mice running around the halls! We had to pay the moving expense twice and some of our items were damaged. The worst part is the owner never returned repeated phone calls. I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY!
