The other lady is just rude, and don’t have customer service skills. Finally moved storage locations and the owner called and wanted to make it work with them. I’ll never go back to that location.

They always kept them clean and always secure with onsite 24/7 staff to watch over the place I felt secure with them as my storage unit at another supposed secure place was completely robbed of my tools, equipment, family heirlooms my safe with collectibles such as 1000s if stamps that id collected my deceased father's coin collection which was massive because he was a slot mechanic and had collected 1000s of coins from all over the world, signed sports memorabilia, as well as some antique firearms of my father's and this place was supposed to be extremely secure you had to have codes to get into the facility and to get on the elevator! You couldn't just walk up the stairs the only way to my unit was by elevator! They had cameras but couldn't provide footage for me!?? Sounded fishy so it was hard for me to trust any storage facility until I care here! Highly recommend them to everyone! By the way the other storage place was public storage and they still haven't rectified the whole theft of my unit I wouldn't recommend public storage to anyone they're the worst

Are there any hidden fees or deposits required to start renting a unit?
A one-time $5.00 Administration Fee is applied during our promotional first month rental for $30 for any unit size. The only additional charges may include a minimum of $3.00 for credit/debit card processing fees. Every new customer also receives a complimentary lock.
Is same-day move-in available?
Yes, absolutely! We welcome walk-ins and you can also call ahead to reserve a unit temporarily.
Is renter’s insurance required and does Storageland provide insurance coverage?
Renters' insurance is not mandatory at Storageland, and while we do not provide insurance directly, customers may opt for coverage through a third-party insurer.
How does the auto-pay feature work?
Currently, our auto-pay option involves setting up automatic monthly rent checks through your personal banking service to be mailed to us.
Can I pay my storage rent online?
At this time, online payment is not available. Rent can be paid in person using cash, check, or credit card, over the phone via credit card, or by mailing checks to our office.
What are the terms of the rental contract? Is there a minimum rental period?
We offer flexible month-to-month rental agreements without any long-term commitments.
Can I access my unit at any time? Do I need a security code?
24-hour access is not available at our Olympia and Lacey locations. Access hours and security details are provided on our property pages.
What promotions or discounts are available?
We offer a first-month rental promotion for $30 on any unit, a 5% discount for military personnel and seniors (65+), and one free month of rent when you prepay for 11 months.
What storage unit sizes are available and what can fit in each?
Our Olympia location provides more than 70 options ranging from 3’ x 4’ to 10’ x 20’, including climate-controlled, heated, or drive-up units. The Lacey location offers eight sizes from 5’ x 5’ to 10’ x 30’ for unheated, drive-up units, depending on availability.
Are climate-controlled or heated storage units available?
Yes, our Olympia facility offers a variety of units including climate-controlled and heated options, which are available for an additional $10 per month over the unheated units.
