Process is all online and easy. I had a slight issue on the form but the ladies on the phone took care of it immediately and it was super easy. The unit is well maintained.

Excellent service, easy to take care of account online with everything paperless and auto payment. Monthly charge is a little over $300 for largest storage so it's not excessive. Nice people in office also. I will use them in future if I have need for more storage.
