  We’ve been happy with the spot but the price hikes have been ridiculous. It started around $40 then few months later up to around $100 that’s $60 increase then only couple more months and $145 hits that’s another $45 increase. Within a year from expecting a $40 bill to a $145 is a drastic amount within the timeframe I mentioned. It’s takes a lot to move a bunch of things just to do it again within a year or keep getting price hikes. I referred several people here too that have gotten the price hikes and they are coming to me asking what’s up with this place..? I just say “I know I know it’s happening to me too. “ I feel bad but I didn’t know myself it was going to happen this way. All in all the privacy and access is very convenient. Just be prepared to pay more. ☺️

  The process of getting my storage unit was simple and straightforward. Everything was ready to go right when I needed it, and the unit was clean and well-maintained. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish — highly recommend!

  We had a unit at Storage Wise for many years and never had any problems. The facility is always clean, both inside and outside. All the staffs we had contact with either in person or on the phone, were pleasant, polite, and helpful. We are not moving our "stuff" to another storage facility, we are downsizing and distributing the "stuff" to people who can use them.

  The storage unit was great and clean and easy to get to and use. Customer service was very nice as well. The only con we had was the price jumps. You aren’t locked in at a price and it can go up at anytime. It went up over $50 per month in just a few months.

  My rental was very last minute as they helped me to secure a storage locker and move my stuff in that day and the price is very reasonable
