Despite not being able to get the unit because of timing constraints, he helped walk me through the process and tried everything in his power to get me moved in. He heard my concerns and worked with the tools at his disposal. He also followed up to confirm I recieved my refund for the unit since I would not be able to use it. Durell was a bright spot in the week. When people go above and beyond I feel blessed.
