    Good, clean, and safe storage, with a decent number of free hand trucks in the building for folks to use. Staff are excellent. Denise was particularly brilliant, being extremely helpful, knowledgeable and going well beyond the call of duty! Thank you Denise!

    10/25/25 I would not rent here unless it’s your only option, and this is based on multiple experiences I have had with the company. They have a mice infestation and some units on the first floor have holes in them where the mice can enter your unit at will. See photos below as proof. When reporting this to the manager, he did not apologize for any inconvenience or lack of cleanliness or offer any credit to my account for the deplorable conditions but instead, blames the previous company for that condition. Instead of taking ownership since they are the current owners and have been for over 6 months. Even though I never saw any mice droppings before Storage post acquired the company. He then said he could clean the unit only if it was empty. Which at that point would not help me because my stuff would be gone. He then offered Lysol wipes for me to clean it up. I asked for gloves as well and he provided that. Additionally, I was accused of discount hopping the week previous when I was moving in due to a miscommunication when I booked my additional larger unit over the phone with the sales team, even though I was paying more for that unit. I received better customer service by calling their customer support line than the manager provided in person. The guy named Clyde on the phone was a great help and immediately made the correction to my account with no additional charge. I was offered nothing for the lack of pest control in the facility. I called to report this and spoke to Alex who was helpful but couldn’t really change anything but sent an email to Raina the district manager on my behalf, apologized for my experience, and said she would call me by Monday 10/27/25. When I initially moved in when it was previously owned by “Extra Space Storage”, I had issues having a dirty unit. However, that manager apologized profusely for the inconvenience and had someone to clean the unit and provided me with blankets, a plastic tarp to ease my discomfort, and waived a fee on my account. That is customer service and that standard of customer service was not transferred in the acclimation of the assets. Currently I reported the mice problem on 10/25/25 to the customer service line and I am awaiting a call regarding the issues. My second floor larger unit that’s a 10x12 does not have holes in the corner of the unit and was clean when I moved in. I will update this review upon correspondence with the district manager. Take my advice, I’m only still with them because I would need to rent a huge truck to move my belongings.

    I stopped in very early and Adrian was working. When I entered the office I was greeted immediately with a smile. I was there to see some units because I was moving and Adrian showed me around and gave a great presentation of the building. When you go here please ask for Adrian he truly is the best!! THANK YOU Adrian!!
