  Nothing there to carry things to the storage the guy give me the wrong code I call nobody answer really bad honestly I think made the wrong decision but I’m there will see what happens

  We had our belongings stored at this location when it was an Extra Space facility. Within a month or so of Storage Post taking over this location, our unit was broken into from the top of the unit and a large majority of our belonging were stolen. Management never showed any efforts to fix the issue. Even a few weeks later, when our last month of paid storage concluded, the spot used by the burglars to enter and steal our belongings was still broken. Eddie the person that was working throughout the situation turned hostile after all we asked was for something in writing to ensure we wouldn’t be blamed for something that he said he would be willing to help with. Finally, we found out that the camera at the end of the hall near our former unit was not operational which could’ve helped the police with their investigation.

  I went and did a transfer for my storage unit. To get a smaller one. I did the transfer with Nina and she did a fantastic job at helping me with this and the process. I appreciate how everything was done in the timely manner. I would recommend with doing the transfer with her
