- JLJennifer LarsonAug 7, 20251.0Horrible experience with this location! We drove up with a truck and trailer and had spoken with their booking department and discussed in detail the needs and size and length of truck and trailer. When we showed up, there was no way that even a seasoned truck driver who assisted us could fit the trailer into the space. We have many years of experience with storing a truck and trailer and this is by far the worst experience. When we called them, the only thing they did is refund the money from the date that we booked the site. To add insult to injury, I had to show proof of an email when I showed up because they acted like I had never even booked the space. Not only had I booked it, I had paid for it. The money that they cost us was extensive, as we had to change a flight , find storage same day, which was over two hours away an finally take an Uber trip that was over two hours long. Just the stress and hassle of showing up and expecting to be treated at least fairly and And then to be turned away With a “Whoopsie” mentality. I’d advise you go elsewhere. I don’t leave negative reviews typically. I like to leave positive reviews. We tried to speak with managers and decision-makers but no one got back to us. So if you care about what you’re storing there, definitely think twice. So if I could give Rotten tomatoes, thumbs down and a negative score I would!
- DADee AJul 5, 20253.0Did everything over the phone with Erik got a great deal on a locker. Then i took a cab to the storage unit an no one was in the office on a Saturday. I didnt know i had to use the little automated screen thing to the left of the door. This is my 1st time at a storage place. The guy that helped me i forgot his name but idk he was just taking forever i already finished the lease online or so i thought. I dont know if he was new or just having a bed day but he seemed a little off. When i got to the entrance inside the code didnt work i guess bc the door didnt open.Otherwise i got my locker an put everything inside. Pretty good space an price i got for the unit but i wish Eric was there to help me since i did everything over the phone with him already
- MPMonika PiwowarJun 8, 20255.0George was super friendly and thorough when I came in to sign my lease agreement. The storage unit itself is clean, climate controlled and quiet. I really like that some of the loading docks are indoors. I was able to back the truck up and unload with ease. There was an ample amount of carts that made moving furniture and boxes painless.
