Their customer service is incompetent to such an extraordinary degree that, if anything ever goes wrong, you are basically out of luck. I am owed a substantial refund for months and months, which they freely admit, but which they actually refuse to pay. After all the emails (to which they never respond) as well as all the calls (during which they hide their head in the sand, and just make you eternally, gratuitously wait on hold, to provide you with zero useful information), their policy of freely admitting debts, but refusing actually to honor them, starts to look like theft: specifically, a super easy way to steal money from their current/former customers, in the hope that they will just go away, out of frustration. I have already filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney General, as I cannot imagine I am the only customer from whom they have sought to steal funds, in this way, by withholding them for absolutely no reason. Otherwise, the most shocking thing about this facility is that the individual storage bins lack any proper roof: it's basically just wire mesh over each bin, which provides zero security. Likewise, the doors to the bins are cheaply, inadequately hinged to the wall, providing further problems of lack of security. They are a total nightmare: pay a little more elsewhere, spare yourself the headache, and get a much better service.
