  Extremely frustrating experience. I made multiple attempts over several weeks to cancel my storage unit after vacating it, including sending photos and calling several times. Despite all my efforts, I received no follow-up—only a new bill for the month I had already vacated. Still no response. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay away!

  I stopped in to pay my monthly rental fee. I have an RV stored at another one of their facilities a few miles from my house. This location is within a quarter of a mile from my house. Storage Plus is an older storage facility, but don't let that stop you from using their facilities. Their facilities are well secured, with video cameras and monitoring, and are reasonably priced. They are also associated with U-Haul for pickup and drop off of moving trucks and purchasing of boxes and other supplies for moving various things.

  This is a decent storage place. A little run down looking, but prices seem good.
