Got stuck trying to leave the place. Entered the correct code and the gate said “access granted” but wouldn’t open. Sat for an hour. No one answered their phone or called back.

Be very careful of their scammy small print and if you don’t follow their exact protocol in leaving that they will stick their little attorneys on you. Plenty of other options who are honest business people.
