  This place is unprofessional and they have childish employees. I was working with Geraldine. When it came to the tile. She quoted us a tile. She changed the price when she saw how much I liked it. We still liked the tile so we were still thinking of buying. They changed the price again. They also said it was manufactured out of country and that’s why it was more, then Geraldine called me back and said her Boss informed her that it was manufactured here in the states. She was all over the place. My Husband was so upset he wouldn’t work with her. He said if you really want it then you work with Geraldine. I don’t care for her due to her lying. I continued to work with her till last week. We ended up going with Dal tile here in Albuquerque, they are the manufacture. I was still gonna give Stonewood flooring a chance with a tile for my bathroom shower. I called Geraldine back on Monday 6/3/19. She asked for a tile sample she thought we had. I told her I’d ask my Husband if he went to pick up a sample. I left her a text letting her know we didn’t have it. She text me back “Oh shoot. I already took it back. Sorry.” Earlier when we spoke I told her I still wanted to get the shower tile from her. She said you can just go get that from Emser. I told her I would pick up my plans and asked her to send the information on that shower tile. She said ok. She never did. My Husband went to pick up our plans. We had notes on the plans we worked on them for hours. This is the copy of the plans we had planned to keep. She gave my Husband a cut piece of our plans, one sheet. She told my Husband “I threw them away when I found out you went with someone else.” This was in Tuesday 6/4/19. Why didn’t she tell me that on Monday.? My Husband went to pick them up cause I’m a double amputee and have a hard time going to places. I don’t understand Why she would keep one page and throw away the rest and our tube we kept them in.? She wanted to be hurtful! Even though she lied and tried to hustle us. I tried to still work with her. My Husband didn’t not want to work with her but I still tried. I called today to speak to her boss, Joe. He confirmed they threw them away when they found out we went with someone else. He did not care and didn’t apologize. I told him how would you of liked if I had threw all the samples of tile I had. I returned them. These were the ones I did not like. He didn’t care and felt it was ok she did that. I asked him to see if he could go look to see if he could find them. He refusThis was the most unprofessional tile company we have been to. I am just absolutely disgusted!
