- JSJeanie SahniOct 21, 20255.0We had to replace a Somfy motorized shade where the material ripped. Unfortunately you can't replace just the fabric and had to replace the entire unit. But everything went great; it was a smooth process and fairly quick. Isidro was quick in getting measurements, uninstalling the old/installing the new shade and programing it to the existing remote. And Maria our designer, was great in finding a near perfect match (because the original color was no longer in production after 8 years). I highly recommend the team here in Seattle, WA!
