  In July, Stoneside measured bedroom windows for blinds. In August, blinds installed, but pull cords were the wrong size. In September, installer arrived to install pull cords, but had been provided the wrong sized pull cords. Five days later, I called Stoneside to ask if and when the correct pull cords would be installed. Stoneside rep told me that our case wasn't in their system, that he had to retrieve it. I asked if and when the pull cords are going to be installed. He didn't know, and told me to wait for a call in the next week. Now, 13 days later, no call, but we did receive a peppy email that detailed how a happiness team would be contacting us soon with details about our next installation. I am looking for a call from the competency team. Happiness is no longer an option. Two stars because the blinds are awesome and the installers were kind and polite. But, with an incorrect measurement, the wrong pull cords the second time, absent customer service, and a silly email with false claims, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

  Great experience with Stoneside! Both my designer Sarah and my installer Alan were outstanding, and did a great job navigating the tricky dimensions of my windows. Highly recommend!
