  Michelle was excellent in helping us decide on the right window treatments for each room based on lots of different factors. She even steered us away from choosing a more expensive treatment because it wouldn’t have been right for the room. Steven was awesome in installing all the treatments in less time than estimated. He even caulked some of the previous holes from the old window treatments so it was one less thing for us to worry about. They were both super professional but relaxed in their approach. We will always recommend Stoneside and be back for future needs!

  Great to work with. My wife and I looked into several blind companies before finding Stoneside. Terrific customer service and the finished product looks fantastic. They are also great at setting expectations about the process.

  Our sales person, Michelle, and our installer, Tom, were absolutely amazing to work with! Michelle worked with our budget and design style to find us the most beautiful window coverings. Tom came and was professional, efficient, and taught us a little bit, too. If we ever choose to do more window coverings or if we move, Stoneside will be who we call, no doubt!

  Just a quick shout out about Joe who came today to measure for our additional blinds. Not only did he show up on time, he had his PPE gear, was very polite (as he has been in past visits), and suggested some solid remedies. He did not talk us in to anything or up-sell, but through his good suggestions, we are adding another stairwell blind to our order. We are grateful for his good attention to details and his thorough communication, calling corporate to see if, in fact, we could have our bottom up stairwell shades with the cordless mechanism on the LEFT side so we can actually reach the cord from our stairs. He also checked in as to the length of the cord to make sure we could have the longest possible, and then added the new “hook” for a standardized look. We love our blinds, have had them 5 years strong.

  The service was amazing from beginning to end. Carrie helped me pick out shades for our whole house. She was patient and professional and super helpful with design. She was also very detail oriented and made sure all was done right! The blinds came in more quickly than we thought. Our installer Albert was also incredibly responsive and communicative. He even made it up our steep driveway in the snow. The installation was flawless and we can’t recommend Stoneside strongly enough!
